Pressure valve ring control: real-time comparison between actual pressure and set pressure and corrections until the actual pressure is equal to the set pressure.

40% energy saving than variable pump system. 60% energy saving than fixed pump + fixed speed motor (depending on the product, the energy saving effect is different).
High precision and high response
Using high-precision and high-sensitivity pressure sensors and rotary encoders, the closed-loop control of pressure and flow is realized, and the repeated progress error is less than 1%. It only takes 0.05 seconds for the servo motor to reach the maximum output power.
Low noise
The noise value is within 78db. When the machine is not moving, the servo motor stops rotating almost without noise.
Save cooling water
Using "no fixed pump + fixed speed motor system" overflow heating. The temperature of hydraulic oil is low, which greatly reduces the amount of cooling water.
New clamping structure
Inner-rolled five-point toggle-type clamping mechanism, strengthened by finite element analysis, cast connecting rod and template can effectively reduce stress and deformation, and improve the rigidity and accuracy of the clamping part.
New power composition
The new power system composed of servo motors, servo drives, pressure sensors, rotary encoders, gear pumps and high-precision dedicated controllers can best match the energy requirements of the injection molding machine.
