What are the precautions for maintenance of the injection molding machine?

1. All maintenance work must be performed when the main power switch of the injection molding machine is set to "0". If necessary, lock it with a padlock.

2. Any work that will damage the safety facilities of the machine should be stopped

Under no circumstances should the safety protection facilities be detached from the machine or not functioning. If you really need to remove the safety device to repair the machine, you must ensure safety. After the repair work is completed, install the safety facilities as they are and check the effect.
