April 24-27, 2018, Ningbo Beilun Highsun Machinery Co.,Ltd. was invited to participate in Chinaplas Shanghai. The 32nd International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition was held by Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center, our booth number is 4.1J93.
At that time, we will focused on the HXYD430 hybrid electric injection molding machine.
HXYD430 oil-electric composite high-speed injection molding machine is based on years of experiments and research, and is specially designed for thin-walled products with short molding cycle and high-speed injection molding. The electric injection has improved the injection performance of the machine, and the injection speed, acceleration and curve rigidity exceed the hydraulic injection. The optimized design of the crankshaft linkage has a smooth motion curve. Under the control of the high response proportional directional valve and the optimized computer program, the high speed switching mode is very stable. Mechanical parts are designed with high strength for a longer service life.
Computer control uses bus communication such as CANbus and EtherCAT to achieve full digital control. The temperature control uses a dedicated control module with an accuracy of less than 1 degree. The energy-saving effect of the machine is leading in the industry, with energy consumption monitoring function, which can monitor the energy consumption of current production in real time.
