The moving components with different thermal expansion coefficients in the hydraulic components are stuck due to their smaller coordination, which causes the action to fail, affects the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and leads to the deterioration of the working quality of the components.
4. Cause the viscosity of the oil to drop. If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the entire system will decrease significantly. Because the viscosity of the oil is reduced, the oil film of the sliding valve and other moving elements is thinned and cut, and the frictional resistance increases, resulting in increased wear.
5. Accelerate the oxidative deterioration of oil. If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the oxidation and deterioration of the oil will be accelerated, the asphalt material will be precipitated, and the time of hydraulic oil will be reduced. Precipitates block the damping holes and slit valve ports, causing the pressure valve to be stuck and unable to operate, the metal pipeline to stretch and bend, or even rupture.
